Shipping & Returns Policy

We want your KLKR experience to be simple from checkout to delivery. Please review the following information before placing your order.

SHIPPING

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days across Pakistan.

Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, sales periods, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges are approximately PKR 250–350, depending on the delivery location and applicable courier charges.

Enjoy free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information through the contact details provided with your order.

SIZE EXCHANGE

We offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

The item must be unworn and unwashed.
Original tags must remain attached.
Original packaging should be intact.
The requested size must be available in stock.
The item must not have been damaged after delivery or use.

Customers are responsible for contacting KLKR within the applicable exchange period.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive:

The wrong product
A damaged product
A product with a manufacturing defect

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with your order details and clear photographs/videos showing the issue.

After verification and approval, KLKR will arrange a replacement where applicable at no additional product cost.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

We cannot accept exchanges for:

Used or washed products
Items damaged after use
Items without their original tags
Items without the required original packaging
Sale or clearance items, where specifically stated at the time of purchase

REFUNDS

Because KLKR pieces are produced in limited quantities, we currently do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

We shipped the wrong product.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
We are unable to fulfil your order.

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method, subject to the relevant payment provider.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
